One of the best things about Denver is its close proximity to the mountains. Skiing and snowboarding is a what brings people to Colorado, and you are not too far from the action. In just over an hour you can hit the slopes at Loveland, Winter Park, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Copper or Breckenridge. Venture a bit further West and you can explore some of Colorado’s top resorts like Beaver Creek, Vail and Aspen.
